With spring officially here – on paper at least – I am itching to break out fresh, seasonal colors. I am continuously stocking my closet with what I consider to be pink’s most versatile and sophisticated shade – blush. This big sister to baby pink is making a strong appearance on this season’s trend list and I couldn’t be happier to add some of these great basics to my wardrobe in my favorite hue. This lace top from Self Portrait is everything the chicest version of my office self aspires to be. I have been eyeing this scallop trench coat from Club Monaco and with the recent price reduction I think it is time to take the plunge. J.Crew’s new Edit bag is the perfect size for bopping around on weekends when you want to carry a light load and I think this petal pink is more feminine, yet equally as versatile as the beige. I love that this pink satin flat is a grown up’s way of feeling all of the excitement of childhood ballet classes. These earrings are the right way to dip your toe into the blush tone trend – I can promise there will be no turning back! My longtime favorite nail color is Essie’s Eternal Optimist, equal parts flirty and professional it is on my nails year round.
